About Cloe
Cloe Franko, ND (she/her) is a Naturopathic Doctor at Shenandoah Natural Health in Staunton, VA. Her areas of interest include autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal health, and chronic complex conditions (mold and mycotoxin illness, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme and tick-borne diseases, etc).
She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond. After working in social justice and climate change advocacy in Boston for nearly a decade, she pursued naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. There she served as president of the Naturopathic Students’ Association and graduated at the top of her class with recognitions for leadership and humanitarian achievement. While in Toronto, she completed an externship in homeopathic and botanical medicine with Dr. Paul Saunders, PhD, ND. She completed her naturopathic residency at Richmond Natural Medicine in Richmond, VA where she saw patients full time with the supervision of Leah Hollon, ND.
She is a member of the Virginia Association of Naturopathic Physicians and ILADS (the International Lyme and Associated Disease Society). In her non-clinical time, Cloe enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and hiking with her husband, Clay, and dog, Mabel.
